Very dissapointed with the work. Ive showed a photo prior getting my hair done and they told me they can achieve it. In the end my hair looks cheap and botched. Looks nothing like the hair color i had requested that they assured can be done, Ive also asked them to layer my hair to frame my face and even cutting its not done properly and cut too short ive asked the stylist to stop cutting but said she will just trim a bit to make it seamless but just made it worst. Never going back again.

Hair service was good. Won’t mind going back if I’m near the neighborhood. But I’d definitely avoid nail service. It’s the worst I have encountered. I don’t understand why the polish could go on top of the cuticle?! How odd. Receptionist is attentive. Coloring job is efficient. Vast selection of keratase products

Excellent! I booked an appointment the day before for a cut and blow dry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beer was my stylist - when I booked the appointment I allowed the website to select whoever was free but there is also an option for you to choose your stylist. Beer did not speak a lot of English and I speak no Thai but the receptionist translated when needed. I had not had my hair cut for a while so it was very long. Beer gave me advice on what to do as I have thin hair. I had a lovely wash with a short head massage and then she cut and styled my hair. She made a lovely job and if I lived in Bangkok I would definitely frequent here. Very reasonable price of 650 baht. Next time I am in Bangkok I will come back!

I love Niche salon! I have visited three times; first, for a keratin treatment (perfect), second, to remedy another salon’s botched balayage (flawless!), and third for a fashion color (pink!). I have had great experiences here and have learned not to trust anyone else with my hair while I’m in Bangkok! In particular, Khun Na is phenomenal with color. I am so grateful to her for the hours of work she put in to fix my hair when it was badly bleached by a different salon. I returned to her several weeks later and she gave me exactly the pink color and cut I asked for. I only speak English but the translation is top notch—the stylists really listen to what you want and confirm everything including price in advance. I will definitely be back a fourth time to freshen up my color before I return to the United States.
